Please register by October 9th, 2024. It is not possible to register for Breakfast while on-site.
Everyone is welcome to attend the Business Meeting (at 7AM) without having registered to receive Breakfast.

This year, the American Public Health Association (APHA), the largest public health professional organization in the U.S., is holding its annual conference in Minneapolis! Since 2004, the National Community-Based Organization Network (NCBON) has partnered with a local co-host to hold the Unsung Hero Award Reception in cities that host the annual APHA conference
YOU’RE INVITED! NCBON and our co-host, the community engagement team of the University of Minnesota Clinical Translational Science Institute, invites you to lift up and celebrate the incredible, yet often unheralded, local Twin Cities Unsung Heroes.
