Join SASPH for our Pal-entine event, where we aim to raise awareness of mental health challenges within the South Asian community, with particular attention to stigma and culturally rooted barriers that often limit open dialogue around mental well-being. Attendees will receive traditional South Asian hair oils rooted in Ayurvedic practice which reflects a culturally significant, intergenerational practice of care that is associated with stress reduction, grounding, and holistic well-being. Refreshments provided!
