My research encompasses the fields of nutrition and public health, with a specific focus on maternal, child, and adolescent nutrition, as well as dietary approaches for managing non-communicable diseases (NCDs). Mainly, I am dedicated to improving maternal, child, and adolescent nutrition, with a focus on promoting optimal dietary practices and enhancing health outcomes during these crucial developmental stages. Additionally, my research focuses on addressing issues of food and nutrition security to combat malnutrition by ensuring access to nutritious and adequate food resources for individuals and communities. Furthermore, I am interested in exploring dietary interventions aimed at preventing and managing NCDs such as diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular conditions with the ultimate goal of enhancing public health and well-being through nutrition-focused strategies.
