EPI-Q participants (HUM00155782) who complete the baseline survey will be able to choose to receive a free, simple, 16-region ancestry report.

Once we have collected enough data, summary reports of your responses compared to other study participants will be available to you as well.

Ancestry Report

If you choose to receive the ancestry map, you will receive a map identifying from which of 16 regions your DNA come. The report will be generated using DNA you have already provided as part of your participation in the Michigan Genomics Initiative. A sample map is provided below:

Please note it may take up to a year to obtain and return your ancestry results to you.
